New Year's Intermission, notes from The Watt

Nuthin' but footprints.  30th Street, 1/4.

Gonna start here by saying we've got a year-in-review coming up, and a new agenda going into '14.   So a little latitude on this post...
We've set in for the Winter.  Frigidity has found us, especially at night. Gotten the first snow, but around here it don't last.  The Atlantic's water temps have dipped into the upper 30's.  However, our ocean's briny influence manages to keep us just above freezing most of the time, thus it has rained plenty.  Grounds around town pretty much saturated.  Lookin' for the sun.  Beach empty.  Nuthin' but footprints. We try to get out.  Shortly after the parties settled, we found a way to meet for some wings and craft beers.  Tall Tales Brewery.  A repeat appearance in Parsonsburg, MD. Last time, we got the pizza.  They should stick to pizza.  The Back Draft Buffalo was fair.  The Honey Amber Old Bay was a sauce.  Old Bay is not a sauce. Their Sasquatch Stout BBQ was the best and it was only just above average.  The Beers were good. Not phenomenal, but good.  Nice place although the service needs work.  Not to be blunt, but more tweakin' needed here if and when we return.  Ahhhh... a new year. A new attitude.

THE RATINGS-
Back Draft Buffalo: C
Sasquatch Stout BBQ: C+
Honey Amber Old Bay: D+
Beer: B-
Atmoshpere: C

Overall Score = 2.05
